Use of site

You may browse the public site for information and create an account where account features are available. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with normal operation.

Accounts and security

Accounts use email/password or Google sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access if we believe the Terms are violated.

Email/password accounts must complete email verification before a session can be established. Some sensitive actions may require you to sign in again or otherwise satisfy your authentication provider's security checks.

For security, authenticated sessions may expire after periods of inactivity.

You can manage certain account actions through the profile page, including profile name updates, password-reset requests, email-change verification (for password accounts), and account deletion requests. App-specific deletion removes only that app's data unless expressly stated otherwise. Central or ecosystem deletion may retain or anonymize wallet, ledger, order, refund, security, and accounting records where needed for transaction integrity, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Single sign-on (SSO)

When configured by Zideons, the service can issue short-lived one-time SSO codes to sign into connected apps. These codes are intended only for approved app redirects and expire quickly.

You agree not to intercept, replay, or misuse SSO codes or app credentials, and not to attempt exchanges for apps or redirect URIs that are not authorized. We may disable SSO access, rotate app secrets, or block an integration that violates these Terms or creates security risk.

Restricted areas

Certain site-management tools are restricted to authorized Zideons personnel and are not available to regular users or visitors.

You agree not to access, probe, bypass, or interfere with non-public management areas, role controls, app configuration tools, or other restricted systems.

Content and ownership

Site content, branding, and code are owned by Zideons LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide directly to us and grant us the rights needed to receive, review, respond to, display, or operate that content as part of the service.

News headlines and links are provided from third-party RSS sources; those materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Advertising

We may introduce advertisements in the future. Ads may be provided by third-party partners and could use cookies or similar technologies to measure performance or show relevant content, subject to your consent choices.

Zideons Credits and the shared wallet

Zideons Credits are application usage units held in an account-wide shared wallet. Participating apps may grant separate daily free allowances and may use eligible subscription, promotional, earned, and purchased balance components after an app-specific allowance is spent. App costs and allowances are shown by the participating app and may change.

Billable apps ordinarily reserve the displayed cost before provider work, commit it only when the promised billable result is delivered, and release it if the action fails or produces no billable result. Deterministic request IDs and ledger records may be used to prevent duplicate charges and reconcile incomplete transactions.

Zideons Credits have no cash value, are not money, stored monetary value, or cryptocurrency, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Purchased credits do not expire under the current policy. Promotional, subscription, earned, and app-specific free credits may have separate limits, reset, expiration, or eligibility rules.

Purchases and checkout are processed through the configured payment provider. Voluntary refund requests are limited to the unused proportional purchased credits associated with an order; credits already used are not voluntarily refunded except where required by law or payment-provider policy. A forced reversal or chargeback for already-used credits may create an account adjustment that future purchased credits satisfy first.

Game or achievement rewards may be capped, rate-limited, subject to cooldowns, and validated server-side. You may not automate reward claims, replay request or claim IDs, tamper with requests, manipulate wallet records, exploit bugs, or otherwise bypass Zideons Credits limits or anti-abuse controls. We may correct duplicate, incomplete, erroneous, abusive, or inconsistent reservations and ledger entries.

AI features and third-party services

We may use Google Gemini to curate AI news and draft summaries when configured, including summaries based on public URLs or public materials used to operate the site. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Third-party services, including Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud Firestore, and Google Cloud Storage or Firebase Storage, are used to operate the site.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zideons LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
