Use of site

You may browse the public site for information and create an account where account features are available. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with normal operation.

Accounts and security

Accounts use email/password or Google sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access if we believe the Terms are violated.

Email/password accounts must complete email verification before a session can be established. Some sensitive actions may require you to sign in again or otherwise satisfy your authentication provider's security checks.

For security, authenticated sessions may expire after periods of inactivity.

You can manage certain account actions through the profile page, including profile name updates, password-reset requests, email-change verification (for password accounts), and account deletion requests.

Single sign-on (SSO)

When configured by Zideons, the service can issue short-lived one-time SSO codes to sign into connected apps. These codes are intended only for approved app redirects and expire quickly.

You agree not to intercept, replay, or misuse SSO codes or app credentials, and not to attempt exchanges for apps or redirect URIs that are not authorized. We may disable SSO access, rotate app secrets, or block an integration that violates these Terms or creates security risk.

Restricted areas

Certain site-management tools are restricted to authorized Zideons personnel and are not available to regular users or visitors.

You agree not to access, probe, bypass, or interfere with non-public management areas, role controls, app configuration tools, or other restricted systems.

Content and ownership

Site content, branding, and code are owned by Zideons LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide directly to us and grant us the rights needed to receive, review, respond to, display, or operate that content as part of the service.

News headlines and links are provided from third-party RSS sources; those materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Advertising

We may introduce advertisements in the future. Ads may be provided by third-party partners and could use cookies or similar technologies to measure performance or show relevant content, subject to your consent choices.

Z-Coins and virtual items

If Z-Coins or similar virtual credits are offered through the Zideons suite, whether granted for free or purchased, they have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or monetary credit, and may be used only within participating Zideons apps and services.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, Z-Coins are non-transferable, non-refundable except where required by law, and may be modified, limited, revoked, or discontinued as part of changes to the service.

AI features and third-party services

We may use Google Gemini to curate AI news and draft summaries when configured, including summaries based on public URLs or public materials used to operate the site. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Third-party services, including Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud Firestore, and Google Cloud Storage or Firebase Storage, are used to operate the site.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zideons LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
