Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including contact form submissions (name, email, feedback type, subject, message, optional company field, and timestamp) and admin account details (email address and authentication provider).

Admin users can add site content such as app listings, descriptions, links, and screenshot uploads. If you configure single sign-on (SSO) for connected apps, we store SSO app settings (name, redirect URIs) and short-lived SSO codes.

Cookies, storage, and retention

We use an HTTP-only session cookie (firebase_session) to keep admins signed in. We also use sessionStorage to store a session identifier and localStorage to cache AI news cards in your browser.

If we add advertisements later, we may use advertising or measurement cookies only with your consent. You can manage these choices through the cookie banner.

Admin uploads are stored on our servers. SSO codes expire after about 5 minutes. Session cookies default to 14 days unless configured otherwise.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, authenticate admin users, operate the admin dashboard, and publish site content.

The site fetches RSS feeds and may use Google Gemini to curate AI news and draft summaries when configured. If enabled, we may send app titles, descriptions, or public URLs to Gemini for summarization.

Sharing and service providers

We rely on service providers to operate the site, including Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud Firestore, and Google Gemini (if enabled). Contact form submissions are sent to the endpoint you configure (CONTACT_RUN_URL), which may be a third-party workflow tool.

Your choices

You can avoid submitting information through the contact form. Disabling cookies may prevent admin login from working properly.
